Operative words

The following occupancy limitations are hereafter mandated by GA-32 as a result of notification from DSHS that it is an area of high hospitalization... B) 50% Occupancy limit (and required to implement the additional mitigating health and [safety policy])... Effective as of 11:00 P.M. on December 10, 2020 and until further notice... bars and similar establishments that hold a permit from TABC and are not restaurants... may no longer offer on-premises service in Bexar County... large gatherings or events estimated to be in excess of 10 people outdoors are prohibited.

Enforcement

Fine not to exceed $1,000 for each violation
