Operative words

Effective November 26, 2020 at 10:00 PM, that a curfew shall be imposed between the hours of 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM for all social activities... Curfew restrictions shall end at 5:00 AM on Monday, November 30, 2020... a violation of this provision shall be punishable by a fine of up to $1,000.00... Effective November 26, 2020 at 10:00 PM, that all dine-in food service providers, to include outdoor service areas, such as on a patio or similar seating area, shall close at 10PM... People shall not use commercial rafting or tubing services... Every hospital that is licensed under Chapter 241 of the Texas Health and Safety Code, located in the City of San Antonio, shall reserve at least 10 percent of its hospital capacity for treatment of COVID-19 patients... [bars] may no longer offer on-premises service [upon a high-hospitalization determination].

Enforcement

Fine of up to $1,000; each day a violation continues constitutes a new offense
