The Fayette County Clerk's office will temporarily close and cease all operations due to the COVID-19 outbreak. Fayette County Clerk Don Blevins, Jr. said, 'I completely support and agree with Mayor Gorton's decision to limit local government to essential services.'... Note that online and mail renewals will be received, but not processed until we return. Vehicle transfers remain suspended until further notice.... Notary oath and bonding are currently suspended... Marriage license applications are currently suspended... Document recording may still be submitted by mail at the address above, but will not be processed until we return. Copies of records will not be available until we return.
