Operative words

Term. This Order will remain in effect, without a specific expiration date, for so long as the threat of the pandemic continues, but the more restrictive obligations included in the December 4, 2020 amendments to the Order will remain in effect until 12:01 a.m. on January 4, 2021.... [The Order adopts the restrictions] contained in the Regional Stay At Home Order issued by the California Department of Public Health on December 3, 2020.
