Operative words
This Order of the Health Officer requires Law Enforcement, Fire, Emergency Medical Services ('EMS'), Temporary Disaster [Shelter, and Public Sector Employers to verify the vaccination status of personnel and require] Personnel who are not Fully Vaccinated to undergo weekly testing for the virus that causes COVID-[19].... On July 26, 2021, the California Department of Public Health ('CDPH') issued an Order requiring employers of high-risk health [care settings to verify vaccination status]... This Order shall become effective at 12:01am on September 15, 2021.
