Operative words

There is hereby established within incorporated and unincorporated areas of Hillsborough County effective as of 9:00 p.m. on April 13th 2020, a curfew between the hours of 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. 7 days a week. This Order is intended to be and shall be interpreted consistent with the Governor's Orders and the Emergency Policy Group's Safer at Home Order and its amendment.

Violation punishable as provided in section 775.082 or 775.083, Fla. Stat. (recited); adopted 5-3 (Mayor Lott, Vice Mayor Ross, Commissioner Overman voting no)
