SECTION 4-FACE COVERINGS: Effective Tuesday, June 23, 2020, at 5:00 PM, the fol[lowing requirements apply:] (b) Except as provided in section 5, any person who is 18 years of age or older shall wear a face covering while in a place of public assemblage.
