Operative words
Effective as of 12:01 a.m. on March 18, 2020, and continuing throughout the declared LSE, and any extension thereof, all restaurants and any other establishments licensed to sell alcohol for consumption on premises not limited pursuant to the Governor's Executive Order 20-68 must cease serving alcohol each night by 10:00 p.m.
