Notes
Recitals: 'it is necessary to protect the public interest to impose stricter mitigation measures for business operations in the County than those currently required under currently applicable State Orders'; 'Government Operation' excludes Judicial Centers governed by the Chief Judge's administrative orders; para. 9 strongly encourages written health and safety plans; para. 10 exemptions (under 2; distancing; others)
Retrieval noteSeven-page scanned PDF; pages 1, 2, 4, 5 and 7 read as rendered images. Pasco County did adopt a face-covering mandate; the record corrects any assumption to the contrary. [bytes=317695].
