Operative words

As carried forward verbatim in the December 7, 2020 order (Ex. MI-061): indoor gatherings 'Are prohibited at residential venues, except where no more than 10 persons from no more than 2 households are gathered' and 'Are prohibited at non-residential venues'; at food service establishments 'Persons are not gathered indoors except in custodial settings, medical facilities, school and university cafeterias, shelters, and soup kitchens'; 'A gathering at a retail store, library, or museum must not exceed 30% of total occupancy limits... Spaces for indoor dining, including food courts, must be closed.'

Notes

Michigan's winter 2020-21 re-tightening: indoor dining closed from November 18, 2020 to February 1, 2021; all indoor non-residential gatherings prohibited through January 31, 2021; the December 7 and December 18 orders extended it to January 15, 2021 and the January 13 order to January 31, 2021.
