Operative words

1. I have determined that the COVID-19 pandemic, an act of nature, continues to endanger life and property in Minnesota, and local resources are inadequate to address the threat. The COVID-19 Peacetime Emergency must therefore continue. 2. The COVID-19 Peacetime Emergency is extended through July 14, 2021, until this Executive Order is rescinded by proper authority, or until it is terminated by a majority vote of each house of the Legislature pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 2020, section 12.31, subdivision 2(b), whichever occurs earlier.
