Operative words
Section 1: The City of Starkville hereby adopts the findings and regulations set forth in Executive Orders 1463 as Supplemented, and 1466, signed by Governor Tate Reeves. The City fully adopts the broad intent of those Orders, including requiring all citizens to shelter in place pursuant to the terms of Order 1466... Section 3: There shall be a general curfew from 10:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m. except for Essential Travel or Essential Activities as those terms are defined in the Governor's Executive Order 1466. This curfew shall become effective at 10:00p.m. on April 7, 2020, and run through 5a.m. on April 20, 2020.
