Operative words

The City fully adopts the broad intent of those Orders, including requiring all citizens to shelter in place through 8:00a.m. on April 27, 2020, pursuant to the terms of Orders 1466 and 1473... Section 3: A general curfew shall continue in the City limits of Starkville from 10:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m. except for Essential Travel or Essential Activities... This curfew remains effective through 5a.m. on April 27, 2020.
