Operative words
Effective immediately, the Health Officer's order of August 18, 2020, and its accompanying Plan, shall be no longer in effect. In its place, each County school shall develop, maintain, and modify as appropriate to evolving conditions related to COVID-19, a Plan appropriate for its facilities, students and guests. These Plans shall minimize contact among participants and guests, require compliance with all applicable Governor's and Public Health Officer's orders and directives, and take all reasonable measures to ensure continued attempts to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
