Operative words

This Order revokes Order # 2020-02.3: State Health Officer Confinement Order Relating to Disease Control Measures to Prevent the Spread of 2019-nCoV/COVID-19 Pursuant to North Dakota Century Code 23-1-05(12), dated July 28, 2020. The Order is effective upon execution by the State Health Officer. Any person subject to State Health Officer Confinement Order # 2020-02.3 as a result of international travel is hereby released from quarantine.

Fixes the travel-quarantine chain: Order 2020-02 (Mar. 28, 2020), 02.1 (Apr. 8, 2020), 02.2 (Apr.-May 2020), 02.3 (July 28, 2020, international travel), revoked Sept. 21, 2020. North Dakota's mandatory travel quarantine therefore ran from March 28 to September 21, 2020.
