Operative words
ALL PERSONS IN THE STATE OF NORTH DAKOTA WHO HAVE BEEN IDENTIFIED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AS A CLOSE CONTACT OF AN INDIVIDUAL WHO HAS TESTED POSITIVE... A CLOSE CONTACT IS SOMEONE WHO WAS WITHIN SIX FEET OF AN INFECTED PERSON WHEN THE CUMMULATIVE EXPOSURE EQUALS FIFTEEN MINUTES WITHIN A 24 HOUR PERIOD... are subject to quarantine immediately upon receiving notification from the Department of Health and for a period of fourteen days since last contact with the contagious individual.
