Operative words
Executive Order 2020-25 was issued on April 8, 2020, in the interests of public health and safety. The Order granted a temporary suspension of statutes governing the location of public hearings conducted by the Public Service Commission on permit applications, allowing public hearings to be conducted by remote means.... hereby terminated, effective immediately.
