Operative words

Executive Order 2020-06.7 was issued on May 22, 2020, with an effective date of June 1. The Order enabled bars, restaurants, recreational and athletic facilities and personal care businesses to reopen on June 1, 2020; this Order strongly encouraged all North Dakota businesses to follow the North Dakota Smart Restart protocols.... The temporary licensing process for health care professionals, licensed and in good standing in other states but working in North Dakota, defined in Executive Order 2020-05.1 remains in effect.
