Gathering occupancy for indoor and outdoor facilities are not restricted, however indoor venues must submit a 'plan for reopening' prior to reopening.... By April 1 2021, CVPs must use the state designated COVID-19 vaccine registration and scheduling software tool.... COVID-19 vaccines received through the Federal Retail Pharmacy program may be administered to those persons sixty-five (65) years and older, health care workers with direct patient care duties, or critical infrastructure workers.... School Aged Individuals or other individuals who have had Close Contact shall home-Quarantine.
