Operative words

Para. 1: "All child care centers and other child care facilities (collectively referred to as 'covered settings') must maintain a policy that requires all covered workers to either provide adequate proof to the covered setting that they have been fully vaccinated or submit to COVID-19 testing at minimum one to two times weekly. This requirement shall take effect on November 1, 2021". Para. 11: "Effective Friday, September 24, 2021, all covered settings must maintain a policy regarding mandatory use of face masks by staff, child enrollees, and visitors in the indoor portion of the covered setting premises" [with exceptions]. Para. 13: medical exemptions require "written documentation from a medical professional".
