Operative words
the limit on private residential outdoor gatherings shall no longer be in effect as of May 19, 2021. In addition, it is hereby further modified, effective May 10, 2021, to permit up to 500 people to attend outdoor social gatherings at events, arts, and entertainment venues... Effective May 19, 2021, up to 250 people are permitted to attend indoor social gatherings at events, arts, and entertainment venues and up to 50 people are permitted to attend residential indoor gatherings, subject to Department of Health guidance.
