Operative words

1. All public and private gatherings of greater than 10 people occurring outside a single residence and the real estate on which it is located, or an apartment, condominium, or dormitory living unit are prohibited. 2. Paragraph 1 does not apply to wedding ceremonies and funeral observances. 3. Wedding receptions, funeral repasts, proms, and other events, whether or not food is served, at banquet facilities shall comply with the Director's Order for Facial Coverings throughout the State of Ohio, signed July 23, 2020, the Director's Third Amended Order that Reopens Restaurants, Bars, Banquet and Catering Facilities... and the Addendum... signed February 11, 2021. Events at banquet centers no longer have a 300 person limitation, so long as they comply with the Orders identified in this section. 4. Paragraph 1 does not apply to religious observances.... 8. This Order shall be effective at 12:01 p.m. on March 2, 2021...
