Operative words

1. The maximum number of spectators permitted in any indoor Sports venue shall be 25 percent of fixed, seated capacity. The maximum number of spectators permitted in any outdoor Sports venue shall be 30 percent of fixed, seated capacity.... 2. The maximum number of patrons permitted in any indoor Entertainment venue shall be 25 percent of fixed, seated capacity. The maximum number of patrons gathered in any outdoor Entertainment venue shall be 30 percent of fixed, seated capacity.... Furthermore, indoor venues are expected to employ filtration of MERV 13 or higher at soon as practicably possible.

Raised the entertainment cap from 15 percent / 300 to 25 percent indoor and 30 percent outdoor.
