Operative words

All public schools and private schools are prohibited from conducting in-person classroom instruction during the effective period, unless such instruction is otherwise permitted in this Executive Order or through directives issued by the Oregon Department of Education (ODE).... During the effective period, public schools and private schools shall facilitate telework arrangements and work-at-home by employees, to the maximum extent possible, and comply with other social distancing requirements set forth by OHA.
