Operative words

Employers with employees working in indoor workspaces must implement the requirements of OAR 333-019-1025: Masking Requirements for Indoor Spaces, adopted by the Oregon Health Authority. (A) The employer must provide masks, face coverings, or face shields for employees at no cost to the worker.... Note: The requirements of (3)(b) and (3)(b)(A) are effective August 13, 2021.
