2. Vaccination requirement. Except as otherwise provided in paragraph 3, a. All judges and staff must have received one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine before October 1, 2021, and must provide proof before October 1, 2021.... 5. Failure to comply... (2) If a staff person does not comply..., that staff will be issued a notice of layoff and placed on unpaid leave, and will not be permitted to work for OJD... 6. This order is effective immediately and will remain in effect until amended, superseded, or vacated by further Chief Justice Order. Dated this 16th day of September, 2021.
