Operative words

Section 7(B)(iv) is amended to read as follows: Alcohol only can be served for on-premises consumption when in the same transaction as a meal. All sale or dispensing of alcoholic beverages for on-site consumption must cease at 11:00 p.m., and no patron may possess alcoholic beverages within the establishment after [midnight]. This Amendment is effective immediately.
