Operative words

Companion order to PA-021 with the same operative rule: individuals traveling into or returning to the Commonwealth from any other State or international location must produce a negative COVID-19 test from a specimen collected within 72 hours before entry or quarantine for 14 days, subject to the exemptions for work and medical travel.
