2. Effective Sunday, November 8, all Rhode Island residents are advised to stay home from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. Sunday through Thursday unless traveling to or from work or school... [and] from 10:30 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. [Friday and Saturday]... 9. All indoor social gatherings of more than ten (10) people in any public or private space are prohibited.... indoor venues of assembly... may operate at up to 50% of capacity... 16. For office-based businesses, up to 66% of workers may work on site at the same time...
