Operative words
1. Any person who has been clinically diagnosed with COVID-19 by a licensed health care practitioner by assessment of symptoms or by laboratory testing must immediately self-isolate in accordance with RIDOH guidance... 2. Any person (a) who has been in known close contact (within 6 feet for more than 15 minutes within a 24-hour period) with a person who has been clinically diagnosed with COVID-19... or (b) who has been contacted by RIDOH to inform them that they were a close contact with a confirmed positive case [must quarantine]... This Order supersedes Executive Order 21-17.
