WHEREAS, on July 6, 2021, legislative bill 2021-H 6122Aaa ('Appropriations Act') containing the state budget for the 2022 fiscal year was signed into effect. NOW, THEREFORE, I, DANIEL J. MCKEE, by virtue of the authority vested in me as Governor of the State of Rhode Island and pursuant to Section 3 of the Appropriations Act, do hereby terminate the following Executive Orders: 1. Executive Order 20-06... 2. Executive Order 20-16... 3. Executive Order 20-17... 4. Executive Order 20-39... 5. Executive Order 21-68 (One Hundred and Seventy-First Supplemental Emergency Declaration - Reopening Order). 6. This Executive Order shall take effect immediately.
