Operative words

1. Public events, indoor and outdoor, shall comply with guidelines issued per Executive Order of the Governor of the State of Rhode Island and, where applicable, with a special event permit issued by the City of Providence. 2. Catered events, indoor and outdoor, shall comply with guidelines issued per Executive Order of the Governor... 4. Domestic travel restrictions and quarantine requirements shall be consistent with those issued per Executive Order of the Governor... 6. Residents are urged to wear masks in all public spaces... 7. City buildings shall be open to the public in a limited capacity and subject to COVID-19 restrictions.... This Executive Order shall take effect immediately, and remain in full force and effect through July 15, 2021, or until a declaration that the need for a state of emergency has abated.
