Operative words

1. All persons entering the Minnehaha County Courthouse or the Courthouse portion of the Lincoln County Administration Building (the Courthouses) shall wear protective facial coverings such as a mask, scarf, bandana or other cloth which covers the nose and mouth... 2. No one, including the public, parties to litigation, attorneys, defendants, and employees shall enter the Courthouses if they fall into any of the categories below: a. Persons who have been diagnosed with COVID-19 until the expiration of a quarantine period, b. Persons with a pending COVID-19 test... c. Persons who live with someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19, who live with someone who is under a quarantine direction... d. Persons with a cough, fever over 100.4 degrees, sudden loss of taste or smell, shortness of breath or other symptoms of COVID-19
