Operative words
('covered settings') must maintain a policy that requires covered workers to either provide adequate proof that they have been fully vaccinated or submit to COVID-19 testing at minimum one to two times weekly. This requirement shall take effect on September 7, 2021... 3. To satisfy the testing requirement, a covered worker must undergo screening testing at minimum one to two times each week.
