2020: Held in person Jan. 2020 (pre-period). 2021: Held virtually (announced July 2020): a survey showed most respondents 'would not be able to travel to an in-person meeting but would be able to participate in a virtual meeting'. Usual dates: Late January (2021 meeting held virtually across January 2021). Scale: More than 14,000 transportation professionals in person (TRB); more than 1,000 survey responses, most indicating they could not travel to an in-person meeting.
