Operative words

Rule 5.... (8) The employer shall create a policy prohibiting in-person work for employees to the extent that their work activities can feasibly be completed remotely.... (4) The employer shall provide non-medical grade face coverings to their employees at no cost... (5) The employer shall require face coverings to be worn when employees cannot consistently maintain six feet of separation

After the Michigan Supreme Court invalidated the Governor's orders (Oct. 2, 2020), this rule carried the office prohibition with the force of an occupational-safety standard until May 24, 2021
