Operative words

SECTION 7. (1) The emergency period and the end of the grace period under this section are extended until June 30, 2021, if: [the tenant delivers a signed declaration of financial hardship]... the emergency period and end of the grace period are extended and a landlord may not [deliver a termination notice for nonpayment or take possession] until June 30, 2021.... Until June 30, 2021, you may be protected from eviction for non-payment of rent.
