Operative words

In addition to the Healthy at Work Minimum Requirements, pet care, pet grooming, and pet boarding businesses must meet the requirements below in order to reopen and remain open:... Businesses should notify any customer dropping-off or picking-up pets that the customer must remove their pet's leash and collar and deliver their pet either curbside, in a crate, or in an entry room to avoid interaction.... Businesses should communicate with clients and receive payments via phone or Internet.... Pet business equipment must be sanitized after each use.
