2020: Postponed March 13, 2020 from March 31-April 5 to May 5-10, 2020 by an announcement made by the City of Lakeland (Ex. SEC-21-GM-015; the organizer's homepage of March 12-13, 2020 carried a 'COVID-19 Statement' beside the original dates, Ex. SEC-21-GM-043); the May dates were then cancelled ('the cancellation of the 2020 event due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic,' AVweb, January 20, 2021, Ex. SEC-21-GM-016). The May 5-10 dates fell under Florida EO 20-112 (Phase 1: gatherings of more than ten prohibited; Ex. FL-022). 2021: Held April 13-18, 2021, the organizers promising 'a COVID-responsible venue that has their safety and enjoyment as top priorities' (Ex. SEC-21-GM-016); Florida had no State gathering cap (EO 20-244, Ex. FL-047) and the CDC conveyance order governed the airport and shuttles (Ex. FED-020).
