Operative words

Proclamation 20-06, pertaining to prohibitions on the admission of visitors of residents of nursing homes and assisted living facilities, is amended [to include a comprehensive list of facilities]... [and] to prohibit owners, administrators, operators, staff, contractors, and [volunteers from allowing any person to enter] the facility to visit a resident. This prohibition does not apply to end of life situations or to visits [required by law]... These prohibitions shall remain in effect until midnight on April 9, 2020.
