Operative words
except where federal law requires otherwise, from July 1, 2021, until 11:59 p.m. on September 30, 2021, I hereby prohibit the following activities related to residential dwellings in Washington State. STATEMENT OF INTENT: It is the intent of this order to bridge the operational gap between the eviction moratorium enacted by prior proclamations and the protections and programs subsequently enacted by the Legislature
