Operative words
Subsection (4), under TRANSPORTATION, has been updated to reflect increased capacity for [vehicles]... [shelter groups:] more than one shelter group are expressly prohibited from travelling with employees on the same vehicle. Supervisors who also serve as the driver are exempt from this prohibition
