This Order is effective on August 16, 2020, and shall remain in effect through August 31, [2020]... This Order also continues to authorize the businesses outlined in this Order to operate [under generally the same conditions as the ninth] continuation... [and] continues to authorize K-12 schools, colleges, universities, and trade schools to provide on-site instruction to students and allow other use of their facilities under [conditions]
