Governor's Aug. 12, 2020 release (Husch Blackwell): 'outdoor gatherings 50% venue capacity, max 1,000 people; indoor gatherings 50 people (without restrictions) or 250 people (with social distancing/sanitization).' Same caps continued by the Eleventh (WDH release Aug. 29, 2020), Twelfth (WY-029), Thirteenth (WY-031) and Fifteenth (WY-034) Continuations through November 23, 2020.
