Operative words

Employees diagnosed with COVID-19 shall not be permitted to work and shall not be allowed to return to work until at least 10 days have passed since symptoms first appeared... Employers shall ensure that employees do not perform work in a food service establishment if they have in the past 14 days had close contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19.
