Operative words
To meet its obligation under section 12 of Governor Sisolak's Emergency Directive 041, the Board reissues the following: Health and Safety Policies for the Resumption of Gaming Operations: Nonrestricted Licensees; Health and Safety Policies for the Resumption of Gaming Operations: Restricted Licensees.... In both policies, the cleaning and disinfection protocols that have been in place since June 4, 2020 have been amended to reflect updated guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
