Operative words

'A licensee shall not permit any more than 50% of gaming positions or devices to be in service and all utilized gaming positions shall be at least 6 feet apart from one another with no two adjoining gaming positions in use at the same time.'... 'In addition to other measures promoting social distancing guidelines, operators shall prohibit play at adjacent electronic gaming devices either by disabling every other device or otherwise making the device inaccessible for customer use. The installation of clear Plexiglas shields shall not be used as a substitution for disabling adjacent devices and their use is deemed insufficient for meeting social distancing guidelines. Chairs and stools at gaming tables shall be reduced as necessary to achieve social distancing goals.' This order shall remain in effect until amended or rescinded.
