Operative words

1. All filing and reporting deadlines provided for in the Louisiana Gaming Control Law, La. R.S. 27:1, et seq., and regulations promulgated pursuant thereto found in Title 42 of the Louisiana Administrative Code, that occur between the dates of March 13, 2020 and April 12, 2020, are hereby suspended for a period of thirty (30) days;... 3. The ninety-day period for the presentment and payment of a jackpot ticket pursuant to La. R.S. 27:94, which would otherwise expire between the dates of March 13, 2020 and April 12, 2020,... are hereby extended or suspended, as applicable, for a period of thirty (30) days.
