WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of August 2021, the Governor of the state of Louisiana issued Proclamation Number 137 JBE 2021, ordering a statewide mask mandate when indoors to mitigate the spread of Covid-19, including the Delta variant;... 'All employees shall be provided with a face covering and shall be required to wear a face covering in any indoor area of the gaming property and as mandated by state and local face-covering mandates, including Proclamation 137 JBE 2021...'... 'Licensees shall require all persons seeking to enter the gaming area or any other indoor space on the gaming property, including any designated smoking area, to wear a face covering...'
