Accordingly, on this day, March 16, 2021, in order to prevent and control the spread of disease, I hereby order: Section 1. Survey... Skilled nursing facilities must complete the fields of the initial Survey [as directed]... Section 2: Effectiveness and Duration. This Order shall take effect immediately and remain in full force and effect [until terminated].
